In general, any treatment that stimulates or improves the body’s ability to heal is a “regenerative” therapy. Long term damage leads to tendons and joints that are chronically inflamed. Because of the damage, these structures are unable to progressively heal themselves. This chronic damage leads to scar tissue formation, decreased blood flow to the area, and subsequently…poor healing ability.
